Job Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic, proactive, and talented seasonal Assistant Retail Store Manager for our store in Burlingame, CA. This is a key position responsible for assisting the Store Manager with all aspects related to the efficient running of the store. The ideal candidate has a passion for retail, possesses strong leadership abilities, and is dedicated to delivering top-tier customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Assist the Store Manager in store operations including inventory management, cash management, and visual merchandising standards. • Help to drive sales through high levels of service standards, product knowledge, and staff management. • Responsible for the management of the sales team to maximize profits, meet sales and productivity objectives. • Help in resolving customer complaints and providing solutions that fit both the customer’s and company’s needs. • Assist in the planning and coordination of in-store events. • Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and motivation of store staff. • Ensure maintenance of store cleanliness and organization. • Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Qualifications: • Previous retail management experience is preferred. • Excellent leadership and people management skills. • Strong understanding of exceptional customer service. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends , holidays and Black Friday. • Must be comfortable with physical work, able to lift and move up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time. • Demonstrate a high level of integrity, customer service, and business acumen.
