What You’ll Do: • Greet and Assist: Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, creating a sense of belonging with every interaction. • Manage Tasks: Handle phone calls, computer work, and multitasking with ease, all while learning new skills. • Work Independently and Collaborate: Set priorities and thrive in a supportive team environment. • Ensure Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of discretion and respond calmly to occasional resident emergencies. • Use Your Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher is a plus, as is CPR/First Aid certification—but we’ll train you if needed!
