Job Description: We are excited to welcome a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to our team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring an outstanding experience every time. Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Deliver accurate and clear information about our products and services Efficiently resolve customer complaints and concerns with care and professionalism Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions Collaborate across departments to continuously enhance the customer experience Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of all issues Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish is preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm approach to challenging situations Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required Commitment and ability to obtain New York State Property and Casualty Insurance License within the first 3 months of employment (training and support provided) Why Choose Stephen P Breen State Farm Agency?
