You’ll be on the front line—building relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored support throughout the entire client interaction process. Your contributions will directly influence customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities: • Build meaningful, long-term relationships with customers through honest and open communication. • Represent our services with integrity, addressing customer needs and concerns with transparency and empathy. • Resolve customer issues efficiently, including account questions, service concerns, and enrollment guidance. • Learn and support the complete sales cycle to provide end-to-end assistance during customer enrollments. • Collaborate with management to discuss goals, resolve conflicts, and clarify operational details. • Accurately collect and maintain customer data, including contact details and payment preferences, with strict confidentiality. • Track, document, and report all customer interactions, sales, and inquiries for internal review.
