Location: Tacoma, WA (On-site) Pay: $20.50 per hour About the Role We’re looking for a Customer Care Specialist (Bilingual) to join our team at Univera, part of the ECONET family of companies. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—answering calls, emails, and chats—helping with orders, returns, and product questions. If you enjoy solving problems, working with people, and creating positive customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you! What You’ll Do Provide friendly, professional support to customers by phone, email, and chat. Assist with orders, enrollments, returns, and shipping issues. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer needs. Track and report on customer service issues (fraud, card declines, etc.). Stay up to date on our products, services, and website to provide accurate information. Maintain clear records and documentation in customer systems. What We’re Looking For Bilingual in English & Spanish (required) High school diploma (some college or training preferred). 3+ years of customer service experience. Strong computer and typing skills; experience with customer databases a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills—both written and spoken.
