If you love dogs and don't mind a little (or a lot!) of dog poop (and driving), you won't be disappointed! We're a pet waste management company looking to hire field technicians to visit and clean up dog poop from our customer's yards on a regular basis. We also provide additional services such as yard deodorizing and sanitizing and litter box exchange services to name just a few. These products/services will be done for customers who’ve signed up for that particular service. This job is performed mostly independently in the field with multiple (+/- 15 - 20) stops per route. Routes are established and the candidate will normally be visiting the same clients day-to-day/week-to-week. We provide branded company vehicles, all necessary tools/products, a mobile app (specific to the pet waste management industry) for daily routes/jobs, messaging, and GPS to easily locate each stop. We're currently hiring for a Part-Time (15-35 hours/week) positions. Must have morning/afternoon availability as our workdays start between 7-8 am and usually end early to mid-afternoon depending on the route. Some Saturdays may be required. You can expect about a 5-7 hour workday each day. Compensation starts at $21/hour plus tips and additional performance-based bonuses available. Required qualifications: Friendly and able to provide great customer service. (This is mostly an independent position, but there will be times when you need to interact with customers.) Must have clean DMV with NO tickets, accidents or DUIs and . Must be comfortable working around dogs. Experience working WITH dogs a plus. Must be able to work safely, efficiently, and effectively with minimal to no supervision. (We're always here to support you, especially in the beginning of employment as you start training.) Must have excellent attention to detail. Must not be colorblind as you will be unable to perform the duties of this position. Must enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions. (It’s California, can’t beat our weather but we do work in the heat and rain.) Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. without strain or injury. Ability to drive 30 - 50+ miles per day.
