Account Manager – Warehouse Operations (Blaine, WA)

We are a growing 3PL company with a warehouse located in Blaine, WA, and we’re looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our team. This role is a mix of operations and client management. You’ll be the main point of contact for several of our accounts, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. You’ll also be working closely with our warehouse team, using our warehouse management software, and keeping clients updated on their inventory and shipments. Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day order fulfillment (picking, packing, and shipping). • Manage client accounts, serving as the main point of contact. • Use warehouse management software to process and track orders. • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency. • Provide timely updates and solutions to clients. Qualifications: • Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or account management preferred. • Comfortable working with software and learning new systems. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask. • Team player with a proactive attitude.
