Responsibilities include: Communicate with clients regarding balances, partner with them to ensure accurate information and payment is received.   Strategize with clients on ways to complete their overdue payments. Educate clients on insurance benefit details and financial responsibility. Navigate escalated calls with empathy and healthy boundary-setting. Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and daily tasks.
