We’re looking for a People/HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and can balance precision and efficiency. You’ll play a key role in supporting high-volume recruitment, scheduling, and seasonal team member support - helping us deliver a smooth and positive experience during our busiest season. This role requires strong attention to detail, flexibility to adapt quickly, and a willingness to work some weekends to keep things running seamlessly. WHAT YOU'LL DO Recruitment Support: Drive high-volume seasonal hiring by screening candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and ensuring an efficient, inclusive process. Scheduling Coordination: Manage complex schedules and adapt quickly to last-minute changes in a 7-day operation. Onboarding & Orientation: Lead orientations and onboarding to ensure every new hire feels welcomed and prepared. Team Member Support: Be a reliable point of contact for seasonal staff, answering questions and providing resources. People Administration: Support onboarding, performance and attendance tracking, and offboarding tasks with accuracy. Payroll Support: Assist with weekly payroll processing, ensuring timesheets and hours are accurate and deadlines are met. HR Data & Reporting: Track and analyze hiring/scheduling metrics to identify trends and improve efficiency. You’ll Thrive in This Role If You: Have experience in HR or recruitment, ideally in seasonal or high-volume environments. Are organized and detail-oriented, even under pressure. Excel in fast-paced settings with shifting priorities. Bring empathy and approachability while keeping processes moving. Are comfortable working some weekends and extended hours during peak times. Are proficient in HR systems, scheduling tools, and Excel (pivot tables, formulas). Extra Credit For: Fluency in Spanish, French, or Creole. Casual Environment: Comfortable clothes every day. Under the direct supervision of the Resource Specialist Supervisor the Resource Specialist is an essential member of the healthcare team. The position is responsible for promoting improved access and care management to meet the needs of patients while helping navigate effectively and efficiently though TVHC and other healthcare systems. This position includes being a single point of contact to receive referrals from external health care agencies and TVHC’s primary care medical teams. The Resource Specialist provides individualized assistance to ensure patients are informed of potential care options and have full access to all needed health and wellness services to ensure optimal health.
