Job Overview: Coinless Laundries Management, LLC, is a management company for laundries in the Phoenix Metro area. We are currently seeking a full time Bilingual Payroll/ Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle most of the payroll and support the HR department in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies and procedures. Must be able to read, write, and speak in both English and Spanish fluently. What You’ll Do: - Bi-Weekly processing of payroll - Complete spreadsheets and run reports for labor analysis. - Oversee the hiring process including onboarding, I-9, & E-Verify. -Manage employee files in a timely manner with precision and accuracy. - Support benefit enrollments and administration. - Handle off-boarding and separations with professionalism and respect. - Create policies and documents for company use. - Provide support to employees, handling inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
