Please include current employment on your resume. $17 an hour ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Perform major cleaning tasks such as vacuuming (using a 20 lb. vacuum daily for 3-4 hours), wet-mopping, sweeping, dusting, emptying the trash (lifting waste paper and debris - minimum of 55 lbs.), dusting, cleaning whiteboards, and disinfecting drinking fountains. Clean restrooms, including floors and all fixtures (i.e.: urinals, toilets, sinks, mirrors, partitions, and counters). Ensure restrooms are clean and disinfected. Perform ongoing tasks such as replacing light bulbs (climb ladders up to a height of 16 feet), filling dispensers, and setting up facilities for student and adult-use (lifting furniture, boxes, and cafeteria tables-minimum of 55 lbs.). Must be able to go up and downstairs and undertake bending and standing as needed in a daily shift. Promptly report major repairs as needed to the Head Custodian. Painting, repair work, set up and break down for events. Assist our school security staff with coverage, arrival, and dismissal procedures. Maintain the appearance of hallways throughout the building by washing and buffing floors. Basic computer literacy. Able to send/receive emails and use ticket system for work orders. Requirements High School diploma or G.E.D. Washes and conditions vehicle exterior, including tires, wheels, under-carriage and waxing/buffing Details RV's and Motorhomes for display and customer pick-up Polishes chrome fixtures and cleans the interior of the RV units Washes and maintains detail area of shop Inspects vehicles for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and poor mechanical operation. Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards Assists technicians with prep work and equipment. Participates with RV lot maintenance and seasonal yard work. Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensures the shop runs in an efficient manner by performing duties such as inventory stocking and other general functions Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required Facilities cleaning, including: dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, restroom cleaning, and trach pick-up Perform local errands needed for supplies and parts Requirements Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record Neat, clean, and professional appearance Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress Able to work independently with minimal supervision Highly professional and dependable Safety and customer service oriented Basic computer and internet skills Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed A desire to work in a performance based environment.
