Are you friendly, kind, and excited to help create a welcoming space for neighbors and visitors alike? Join our small but mighty team at our new Flagship if the details below speak to you. As a Retail Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our shop, greeting customers, sharing the story of our collections, and helping them find just the right card, gift, or pen. You’ll also assist with merchandising, keep the shop looking its best, and occasionally pitch in with events and community happenings. This is a role for someone who loves people, has an eye for detail, and takes pride in creating a warm and memorable shopping experience. We’re looking for: A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for stationery, gifts, and design Strong communication skills and a knack for making customers feel at home Reliability and flexibility in a small team environment Previous retail experience is helpful, but a kind spirit and willingness to learn are even more important Perks include being surrounded by beautiful paper, working with a creative and close-knit team, and helping bring Mr. Boddington’s whimsical world to life in our very first flagship store in Brooklyn.
