Collaborate with influencers and UGC creators to secure short-form content (TikTok/Instagram). Upload receipts and reconcile monthly expenses on time. Work closely with the founders to refine processes and elevate the overall client journey. Skills & Qualifications 2+ years selling high-ticket luxury goods or bridal jewelry; must be confident discussing the 4Cs. Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Previous customer support or sales experience in luxury retail or bridal is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple priorities (consults, content, and customer care) without losing focus. Excellent typing and digital communication skills. Familiarity with social media and short-form content is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through; thrives on metrics and accountability.
