ShareResponsibilities: This role is critical to maintaining a diverse and profitable RV inventory across company locations. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in RV valuation, market analysis, and negotiation with dealers, auctions, and private sellers. This role is responsible for sourcing pre-owned RVs at competitive prices, building relationships with industry partners, and ensuring inventory aligns with sales trends and customer demand. Identify, evaluate, and purchase used RV inventory from auctions, dealers, wholesalers, and private sellers. Build and maintain strong relationships with RV suppliers, wholesalers, and auction representatives. Analyze market trends, inventory reports, and sales performance to guide buying decisions. Negotiate purchase prices and terms to meet profitability targets. Travel as needed to inspect and acquire RV inventory across regions. Coordinate with transportation and reconditioning teams to ensure timely delivery and readiness of units. Maintain accurate records of purchases and vendor agreements. Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Inventory Management teams to meet dealership goals. · All other responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Prior experience in wholesale vehicle or RV purchasing required. Strong understanding of RV types, features, and market values. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software. Willingness to travel frequently. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
