Budtender - Cannabis Dispensary - PART TIME on WEEKENDS (North Seattle)

Hi-Top Cannabis is a cannabis retailer in north Seattle. We are looking for a hard working person to join our team as a PART TIME Budtender for the weekend swing shift. We believe that having a crew that works together as a team translates into excellent customer service as the customers see the vibe. There are many good cannabis stores in Seattle. We want to give customers a reason to choose ours. Our goal is to build a cannabis store where people walk out literally saying "I love that place." We are specifically looking for a person to join our team as a PART TIME Budtender for the WEEKEND SWING SHIFT. We currently have a great crew and we just need some coverage on the weekend. While this position is for part time on weekends, there may be opportunity for additional hours as the store grows. If you are an experienced budtender at another dispensary in Seattle (or anywhere else), and perhaps you are in an established store with limited potential for growth and want a new challenge or some extra weekend hours, we want to talk to you. If you don't have much experience in cannabis, but you are an energetic, customer oriented, hard-working individual that can work with a team, would love the opportunity to talk to you, particularly if you have other retail experience outside of cannabis. We are willing to train and give an opportunity to candidates new to the cannabis industry. Everyone who comes to work for Hi-Top Cannabis starts as a budtender. We are especially looking for people who show an aptitude and interest in marketing (social media, etc), website design, product merchandising, and promotion. As we grow, we will create new positions for members of our team that show us what they can do. We want to empower our team to grow the store. We offer flexible scheduling. This job listing is specifically for a Budtender to cover weekend morning shifts (in the 8am-5pm timeframe). We will work to create a schedule that accommodates people who are in college, school, training, etc. All that we ask is that once the schedule is set, that you are punctual, responsible, and show up on time for your shift.
