We are seeking Experienced Kitchen and Bathroom Remodelers who are looking join our growing team! You will be working on various remodeling projects for customer bathrooms across the Sacramento area. We are offering between $30 and $40 per hour to start, depending on your experience! The majority of our work is concentrated in greater Sacramento, with occasional projects in the 60-90 mile range from the city. We also take on occasional projects in Fresno. Requirements 5+ years of Bathroom or Kitchen Remodeling Experience Capable of complete plumbing fixes and installs (Setting a tub or shower base, Soldering shower valves) Basic hand and power tool skills Valid driver's license and Your own pickup (capable of hauling a trailer if needed) Comfortable with a background check Benefits Health Benefits Retirement Contributions Paid Time Off Gas reimbursement for personal vehicle use

Location: · Pittsburgh Market · Cleveland Market Responsibilities: Responsible for regulatory code requirements, safety procedures & techniques Review work order and all instructions/drawings before leaving on assignments to identify any issues or incorrect materials Responsible for the installation of the windows, doors, exterior/interior trim and apply clean caulking line; QUALITY job is completed in a safe and timely manner Interact with customers in a knowledgeable professional manner, for the best installation experience for our customers Ensure vehicle being driven is fully equipped with all necessary parts, products, tools, and resources necessary to complete assigned projects Bending aluminum/use of a brake Assist with the unloading of delivery trucks Qualifications: Will consider 1-2 years prior experience in window & door installation with the right attitude and ability to learn and grow Preferred to have a solid 5 years’ experience or more but not required High School diploma or GED required, associate degree or trade school experience in construction or related field preferred Experience in the use of a brake, and other hand tools such as a utility knife, hammer, deglazing tools, etc. Good driving record Basic math abilities including using a tape measure, converting metrics to fractions, calculations percentages and angles Excellent oral and written communication skills History and passion for high quality workmanship Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check. Pay / Incentives: · Installer will receive standard pay plus incentives and bonus · Bonuses and incentives based on individuals work and quality of work · Salary ranges from $70,000 - $100,000 Job Type: Full-time

I have physical issues. I need 2-3 people to load and unload my apartment to my new apartment Saturday the 27th. Everything will be packed in totes and boxes.
