I’m looking for a part-time Social Media & Marketing Contractor to help grow my real estate business online. This is a flexible, fully remote role requiring just a few hours per week—perfect for someone looking to use their creativity in a collaborative way. What You’ll Do: Manage and post content to Facebook & Instagram (including Stories) 2-3+ times a week. I’ll provide most of the image/video content—you’ll help write engaging captions, add hashtags, and polish posts. Bonus if you can create some original content too. Repurpose my monthly newsletter into LinkedIn posts. (Possibly) Assist with newsletter writing/editing. Help set up and manage a simple blog. What I’m Looking For: Strong writing skills with an eye for catchy, professional, and social-friendly messaging. Experience with social media posting and best practices (hashtags, engagement, timing). Someone collaborative and willing to work within my businesses boundaries, but also confident in bringing ideas to the table. Detail-oriented and able to take direction well. Details: Hours: Very part-time, just a few hours a week. Location: Fully remote. Pay: Flexible, based on experience and scope of work.
