We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the parking industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of parking solutions and urban mobility trends, combined with excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the parking sector, including municipalities, commercial property owners, and private clients
⢠Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders
⢠Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
⢠Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
⢠Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy
⢠Meet or exceed sales targets and report on business development progress to senior management
⢠Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the companyâs offerings
Requirements
⢠Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
⢠3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the parking, transportation, or smart city sectors
⢠Strong knowledge of parking management systems, technologies, and relevant regulations
⢠Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
⢠Ability to develop strategic plans and drive initiatives from concept to completion
⢠Proficient in CRM tools, sales pipeline management, and market analysis
⢠Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
⢠Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively
⢠Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
