Martin Automotive Group is looking for a Lube Technician to join our team at our Kia of Beavercreek location. Responsibilities: Complete multi-point vehicle inspection form. Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with facility and factory standards. Examine the vehicle to determine if additional work is necessary. Ensure customer’s vehicles are kept clean. Keep Service area neat and clean and be able to account for all dealership owned tools and equipment. Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes. Requirements 2 years relevant experience preferred Ability to use personal computer applications related to training and vehicle diagnostic software. Current valid driver’s license. Manual dexterity. Primary responsibilities include troubleshooting/repairing underground coal mining equipment Perform full service on all equipment, diesel or electric Proper troubleshooting techniques on diesel and electric equipment Visually inspect and secure work area for hazards or potential hazards Ensure equipment, and tools are utilized in a safe and responsible manner Self-motivated and confident to work individually, but also the ability to work well with others as a team Determine the type and extent of repair work needed on various types of mining equipment Interpret blueprints, and schematics Perform work area housekeeping duties Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures Other duties as necessary Requirements Experience with both diesel and electrical underground coal mining equipment 2 +  years experience, preferred Benefits In-experienced Mechanics are processed through a contracting service starting at $20.00 per hour. Clearly and accurately document all work performed. Road test vehicles as required, or refer to the inspection technician as appropriate.
