Dealership Office manager/title clerk (Myrtle Beach)

Grand Strand Auto is a busy, growing used car dealership known for delivering quality vehicles and excellent customer service. We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Title Clerk/Bookkeeper to handle title processing, dealership paperwork, and basic bookkeeping. Responsibilities: Process and file vehicle titles, registrations, and lien paperwork Verify trade-in titles and ensure compliance with DMV/state requirements Maintain accurate dealership records and title logs Handle accounts payable/receivable and daily bookkeeping tasks Reconcile transactions and assist with financial reporting Support office operations as needed Qualifications: Dealership or DMV title processing experience preferred Basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Attention to detail and accuracy a must Proficient in Microsoft Office (QuickBooks or dealer software a plus) Team player with good communication skills What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision benefits (if applicable) Paid time off and holidays Growth potential in a supportive, team. focused environment. EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of prior general office management, A/P, A/R and 1 yr Quickbooks experience required. High school degree, college degree preferred. Skill in preparing, analyzing and interpreting workload data Knowledge of and use of word processing and management systems Strong attention to details. Ability to receive direction and work well with others. Good verbal and written skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record. Must be able to work the following days and hours: o Monday – Friday (8 hour shifts ranging from 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.) with 1 hour break *Schedule can be flexible Pay: $20+ per hour based off experience and potentially salary $41,600+ based off experience QuickBooks: 1 year (Required) Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
