Cove Realty is looking for a reliable, motivated person to fill the position of Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager for Long-Term Outer Banks rentals (rentals with yearly leases). A North Carolina Real Estate License is not required at the time of hiring but ability to pursue licensure is required to ultimately take the position of Long-Term Property Manager. Basic computer skills are a must, as our system is entirely computer-based. Job duties include, but are not limited to office tasks, problem-solving, answering phones, taking reservations, filing, screening potential tenants, assisting the Property Manager, inspecting long-term rentals, and so forth. Benefits include Aflac insurance options and paid time off (up to 15 paid days off per year). Starting pay is $18 an hour for non-licensed Long-Term assistant. NC RE Licensed employee starting rate will vary by experience. Year-round position. Full-time or part-time options. Work hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with a mandatory one-hour lunch break. Must be able to work at least one day a weekend. Requirements: - Valid Driver’s License - Basic Computer Skills - Willingness to pursue a real estate license (ultimately becoming the Long-Term Manager). - Friendly disposition and can work well with others. - Ability to work at least one day a weekend.
