This is an opportunity for two or possibly three ambitious, highly motivated and detail oriented individuals that are prepared to put themselves on a path for success. We’re looking for a person that takes the position of being an Account Manager seriously, and recognizes that leading by example is key. This position is not for the faint of heart. There will be very transparent reviews. If your resume or background is misleading, the deficiencies will be exposed. This position is the primary business contact for the client and is ultimately responsible for ● client success and satisfaction ● developing and delivering an annual sales plan ● annual sales objectives and strategies in alignment with overall market and corporate direction ● developing recommendations regarding opportunities to maximize sales through sound market research and data derived from customer contact that match our core competencies ● providing oversight and management of sales to ensure current customer and profit base is retained and grown The minimum qualifications for this position: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration or related degree 3 – 8 years of direct sales experience and/or fundamental customer service background. Candidates should have experience dealing with customers in great detail, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Compensation: $56K pa to $110-135K in 40 months! The successful person will be comfortable setting their own travel schedule, and even if it is a large account, will never tell the director of sales and marketing that he is going to a city to meet with only one customer.
