Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred. A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in Labor and Delivery or Women's Health. 2+ years of leadership experience in a nursing management role preferred. Strong knowledge of nursing practices, labor and delivery standards, and quality metrics. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Current certifications in BLS and ACLS; NRP certification preferred.
