If a candidate has 3 or more years of experience as an RN and if they have their compact license (They’ll still need to apply for the FL license) If a candidate has less than 3 years of RN experience, they’ll need to take the NCLEX in FL and once they pass we can consider (This is if candidates do not have a FL RN  License)  Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider. Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Customer service abilities include effective listening skills. Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 pounds. CPR certification (paid for by UNIFI). Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, run, stoop, and sit on the floor.
