Certified Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (Port Orchard)

Requirements: Applicants MUST have the following: -A high school diploma -Previous experience working with children -Ability to pass a comprehensive background check -The drive to complete the Washington state-mandated 40-hour CBT training course prior to working with clients. About the Role As a Behavior Technician, you’ll play a vital role in helping children thrive by providing tailored support and interventions. You’ll work closely with children and their families, creating a positive and nurturing environment that encourages growth and development. What You’ll Do Here’s what you can expect in your day-to-day: - Provide behavioral health and ABA therapy services to children with ASD, ADHD, or developmental delays. - Collaborate with families to develop and implement individualized support plans. - Foster a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children to learn and grow. - Monitor progress and adjust strategies to meet each child’s unique needs.
