Collaborate with therapists and team members to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current or eligible PTA license in the state of practice. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Total assistance with dressing and undressing Toileting and related hygiene as needed Transfers/Positioning as needed Meal preparation and feeding, she also receives nutrition via G-Tube. Housekeeping related tasks. Take out into the community for activities, shopping, appointments, etc. Team Collaboration: Be an active team member in collaboration with other team members.
