Home Health Care Aide – Cranford, NJ Compensation: $23/hour Employment Type: Part-Time Overview: We are seeking a caring and dependable Home Health Care Aide to assist a male patient in Cranford, NJ, currently in physical therapy following a spinal cord injury. This role involves supporting daily activities, transfers, and mobility to promote independence and comfort. Responsibilities: • Safely transfer and reposition patient (160 lbs, 5’11”). • Assist with daily living activities and mobility. • Support physical therapy routines as directed. • Monitor patient’s comfort and safety at all times. Schedule: • Sunday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM & 7:30 PM – 11:00 PM • Tuesday: 7:30 PM – 11:00 PM Requirements: • Physical ability to perform safe transfers. • Reliable transportation. • Willingness to learn patient care techniques. • (Preferred) Experience working with wheelchair users or spinal cord injury patients.
