The hourly rate listed above is the maximum amount that can be billed to ArrowARC. Primary Responsibilities: Assess and manage patients with a wide range of physical and psychological conditions. Provide emergency care, including medication administration (oral, subcutaneous, IM, IV), blood product administration, and bedside testing. Perform phlebotomy, peripheral line insertion/maintenance, and central line care. Assist in operative/invasive procedures and care for patients in isolation or requiring special precautions. Insert and troubleshoot urinary catheters. Collaborate with physicians, residents, and ancillary staff in patient care. Initiate patient education and discharge instructions as prescribed. Maintain complete and accurate documentation per facility policies. Provide psychological support to patients as needed. Requirements Current, unrestricted RN license from any U.S. state. BLS certification from the American Heart Association. ACLS certification from the American Heart Association. Graduate of a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE. All registered nurses shall have at least three (3) years recent prior experience in an Emergency Department or major trauma center Emergency Room with no more than a six-month gap working in that setting. Desired Skills: Experience in a high-volume, trauma facility Bachelors or Masters degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
