Live in Caregiver for 70 yr old Woman with Dementia / Alzheimers (Ramona)

**Room Available – Free Rent + Pay (to be discussed) for Live-In Caregiver (Female Only)** **Location: Ramona (off Hwy 67 / Air Mail Lane)** We are looking for a kind, patient, and trustworthy live-in caregiver to help care for my 70-year-old mother. She is in the middle stages of dementia/Alzheimer’s and lives at home with her husband (my father) in their 3-bedroom house in Ramona. She’s in good physical health aside from the memory issues, but she needs regular supervision, structure, and support. My dad who also lives at the home with her is in perfect health and just needs help with daily activities. They have a well-kept home in Ramona with an extra room, and they also have a 35-foot RV on the property that would be available to live in as well. We are specifically looking for someone who would prefer to live in their home as part of the payment. This would mean your rent, all utilities, and food (to a reasonable extent) would be paid for. Working hours would only be about 6-8 hours a day, 4-5 days a week, usually from 8am-4pm or something similar. We are not expecting you to be at the house or available 24 hours a day. Please respond with a rough estimate of what sort of pay range you are expecting. **What we’re looking for:** * A female caregiver with some experience in dementia/elderly care * Someone who is compassionate, dependable, and easygoing **Main responsibilities:** * Keeping an eye on her and making sure she’s safe * She is incontinent and will need help with changing adult diapers.
