Lead incident investigations and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care quality. Manage staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and maintain workflow efficiency. Provide training and orientation for new nursing staff, fostering their professional development. #IND2 Requirements Qualifications: Active RN license in the state of [NY]. Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is beneficial.
