As a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent, on a typical day, you’ll Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services and best solutions to meet their personal health and financial needs Be providing full lifecycle customer service and sales where you could accept inbound or might be calling out to provide follow up Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services Complete the sale or renewal of a health plan that best suits the customer's needs - Sales conversions are expected. Our HQ is based in Richland, WA, however, we also have an office in Nampa and build in the Treasure Valley. Our team designs and constructs quality residential homes from the ground up, and we need a CAD Drafter who understands the big picture. We build homes in the Tri-Cities and Boise areas and take pride in the craftsmanship, design, and experience we provide for each home we build. Overview We are seeking a CAD Drafter to join our team and our small office in Nampa. We are interested in either experienced or fresh-out-of-school candidates. If you are experienced, you can hit the ground running. Otherwise, we'll help guide you with our existing team. This person will be working on drafting plans for both Washington and Idaho. The ideal candidate will be proficient in any CAD software and possess a strong understanding of design principles. We use Chief Architect, however, you don't have to have experience with Chief (if you do, that's a bonus, and let us know). Experience with AutoDesk Revit or other software is fine. We'll teach you Chief Architect, you bring the willingness and ability to learn new software. You'll be creating new floorplans, 3D models/renders, modifying existing plans, and creating permit documents, and field layouts, among others! If you have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
