Job Opportunity: Hiring Employee for DME Company – Floral Park, NY We are a growing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company located in Floral Park, NY, and we’re looking for a dedicated and motivated employee to join our team! We are currently hiring and want to provide a clear outline of our onboarding process: Phase 1 – Field Training (First 2–3 Weeks): New hires will begin with field work only, scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays. This phase allows us to assess performance, work ethic, and fit for the role in a hands-on environment. Phase 2 – Office Training (After Initial Evaluation): If everything goes well during the initial field training period, we will then transition into a mixed schedule of in-office and field work. Office training will take place on Mondays and Wednesdays, while field work will continue. This phase will focus on developing both your office and field-related skills.
