At Focus Behavioral Health, a Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides essential support to individuals with developmental disabilities or Autism. DSPs assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and transportation. They also help individuals participate in awesome community activities, develop life skills, and achieve personal goals. DSPs are responsible for promoting independence, ensuring safety, and maintaining a respectful, supportive environment.
