Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour Job description: Adult Day Program Supervisor Organization: UCP Of Sacrmaento & Northern CA Location: Orange Grove Employment Type: Full Time Reports To: Program Manager Position Summary UCP is seeking a compassionate and organized Program Supervisor to support the Program Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring high-quality services for individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. This role is pivotal in maintaining program excellence, supporting staff, and promoting a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for all participants. Key Responsibilities Assist the Program Manager with day-to-day program operations Supervise and evaluate staff performance to ensure quality service delivery Support the implementation of program curriculum and activities Monitor and implement goals and objectives outlined in client Individual Service Plans (ISPs) Maintain accurate timekeeping and oversee staff scheduling Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of client records Promote and maintain a safety-conscious work environment Communicate program updates and concerns to the Program Manager Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience Experience working with individuals with developmental or physical disabilities Current CPR and First Aid certifications (or ability to obtain promptly) Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Professional, team-oriented, and committed to UCP’s mission of inclusion and empowerment Why UCP?
