Previous experience in a long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred. Ability to assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. Strong communication skills and the ability to create a supportive environment for residents. Must be compassionate, patient, and reliable.
