Job duties may include general nursing care and medication administration, anesthesia monitoring, post-surgical care, use of in house laboratory, radiography, dentistry, collection of blood and urine samples. The ideal candidate must be passionate about animals, professional, flexible, hard working and friendly. Further a good veterinary assistant or technician has a keen attention to detail, enabling them to identify symptoms of injuries or illnesses in animals before conditions worsen. Insurance defense law firm experiencing tremendous growth has multiple openings for sharp-minded and eager attorneys looking for that break into the legal world or a change within the legal field. Applicants must be located close to the Inland Empire and be in good standing with the California State Bar. This legal position includes: -- In-person training at our San Bernardino office. The associate attorney position can eventually become more hybrid with increased experience and ability to work with less supervision. -- Will receive active hands-on experience doing tasks such as handling non-complex cases, making remote and in-person appearances at Boards in the Inland Empire (SBR, RIV, POM), conducting depositions, summarizing records, and resolving liens. -- Employer paid benefits includes 100% paid HMO medical insurance, dental insurance, 401(k) profit-sharing plan, paid State Bar dues along with workers' compensation section dues, paid pre-approved MCLE classes, and free month-end staff lunches. -- Attorney starting salary of $85,000 with 2-4 merit increases during the first two years depending upon growth of the attorney's abilities. -- Will also consider J.D. graduates to work in a paralegal capacity while waiting for July 2025 California State Bar results. Key Responsibilities Will Include: • Create and modify 2D drawings and 3D models for components, assemblies, and systems using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. This includes preparing general arrangement, manufacturing and installation drawings. • Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and other design inputs to develop accurate drawings and documentation. • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and production teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility. • Maintain drawing and design documentation according to company standards. • Revise and update existing drawings reflecting design changes and improvements. • Perform tolerance analyses, material selections, and basic calculations when needed. • Assist in developing bills of materials (BOMs) and manufacturing documentation. • Ensure designs comply with applicable industry and safety standards. • Participate in design reviews and contribute to problem-solving discussions. • Internal Company communication with, project managers, engineering, purchasing and production • External communication with clients and vendors • Coordinating the development and approval of all projects specific design documents i.e. calculations, drawings, specifications, equipment and instrument lists. • Coordinating all required design reviews, validations and developing test protocols. • Coordinating the performance and approval of technical bid evaluations and approval of vendor data, as required • Update project coordination software (TeamWorks) • Update project progress checklist • Inspect first articles and finished products in production • Performing quality control checks on items ordered and fabricated. • Work with sub-contractors to ensure design requirements are followed • Prepare operations and maintenance manuals Skills and Experience required: • Minimum 5 years’ experience in AutoCAD/Solid Works Drafting, General Layout of equipment, and Bill of Materials • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, CAD or related field • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook • An excellent grasp of engineering and design principles and an awareness of the environmental impact of design ideas • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • An appreciation for business demands and an understanding of manufacturing processes • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written

We are looking for a full-time bilingual receptionist for a well-established Worker's Compensation law firm. Please do not apply if you are not bilingual English/Spanish. Applicant should be familiar with case management software, Microsoft Word and Outlook. Tasks include handling a multiline phone system, taking messages, routing calls, entering phone messages into Outlook and case management software. Scanning years documents into client electronic files, answering client questions regarding doctors appointments and providing basic case information. Worker's Compensation experience in use of Merus, setting doctors appointments, sending notices/proofs of service, filing IMR appeals, serving notices and other correspondence helpful. Compensation depends on experience, Kaiser health insurance and 401(k) available. Work hours are Monday through Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM, Friday 8 AM to 3 PM.
