Position Overview: Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join a collaborative rehabilitation facility in Willows, CA. Work Schedule: 1 day per week 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Professional Growth: Gain hands-on experience in a supportive, interdisciplinary rehab team. Impactful Work: Help patients achieve independence in daily living activities and improve their quality of life. Education: Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Licensure: Valid CA COTA certification; state licensure and BLS certification. Experience: Must have at least 1 year experience in rehabilitation or outpatient settings. Technical Skills: Proficiency in therapeutic interventions, adaptive equipment, and documentation. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, patience, and collaborative teamwork. Key Responsibilities: Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans. Guide patients through therapeutic activities to improve motor skills, cognition, and daily living tasks. Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions under OT supervision. Document patient responses and maintain accurate records. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques.
