The ideal fit for this position has a bright, sunny disposition and exceptional talent for multitasking and hospitality in a sometimes bustling atmosphere. It is also important that you have great verbal and written communication skills to keep our patient flow and professional relations running smoothly. In this position, you will also be responsible for assisting with all the daily functions of the front office. These duties include checking in/checking out patients, incoming and outgoing phone calls, patient scheduling, office correspondence, and other duties as needed. Administrative and scheduling experience in the dental field is preferred. We are looking for the right person to be a long-term fit for our team. We work 7:45am - 5pm Mon - Thurs.
