"Where flavors roar & cocktails pour!" Tipsy Thaiger is a new neighborhood restaurant & bar in Roswell. We serve bold, underrated Thai dishes that's meant to be paired with one of our curated drinks. Inspired by family recipes and the vibrant Thai culture that brings people together through food, we want Tipsy Thaiger to feel like a place where people can unwind, savor wholesome food and drinks, and connect with one another. Take your full half hour break every shift and clock in and out accordingly. Prep and execute stations according to Chefs/Sous Chef’s direction. Communicate clearly with Sous Chefs about ordering, running low on items during service, 86’s.  Properly label all mise en place with date and item name. Be able to accurately follow and execute recipes. Quality control on all products and dishes. Maintain and direct cleanliness of kitchen, walk-in, prep areas and common areas.  Be aware of DOH protocol. Be aware of fellow cooks’ stations, and help out when possible. Be aware of linens, and organization of common areas. Please be respectful of the space and your coworkers. Maintain a positive, team-oriented mentality. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Maintain an up to date Servsafe certification and anti harassment training certificate.  Must be reliable. Must be able to communicate effectively with other team members. 1 year experience working in busy restaurants. Knowledge of modern kitchens, chefs, techniques.
