Experience with both counter service and table service operations preferred Problem-solving abilities and the flexibility to adapt to changing situations ServSafe and TIPS certifications (or ability to obtain after hire) Responsibilities: Orchestrate exceptional dining experiences through leadership, training, and example- setting Oversee and refine our hybrid service model: counter service during the day, table service in the evenings Become our in-house expert on all menu offerings, from cr pes to French pastries to our craft cocktail and beverage program Develop and manage our craft cocktail menu and full bar operations Manage inventory for wine, beer, spirits, cocktail ingredients, and bar supplies Contribute creative ideas to our marketing efforts, social media, and special events Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and maintaining our point-of-sale system Handle customer complaints with grace and solve unexpected issues as they arise Train and mentor junior team members on both service styles Create training materials and programs for new hires and ongoing staff development Why Delphine's Kitchen?
