Assist kitchen with filling Take- out jam and vanilla sauce 14. Always carry a Shuv–It in your apron 15. After food is delivered, check to see if table needs balancing 16. Before leaving a table, check if guest(s) need anything. If yes, ask for help and resume position. If help is not available, assist guest as best as you can. 17. Assist with keeping tickets organized in kitchen 18. Once table is complete, stab finished ticket 19. Always communicate with the kitchen team 20. Move umbrellas for guest throughout service to provide maximum coverage while eating and remove at closing 24. Break down kitchen line 25. Ensure timely rest periods and meal breaks are taken timely 29. Clean break rooms before, during, and after service 30. Inform MOD when stock items are low 31.
