The Role: SÜPRMARKT is seeking passionate, efficient, and community-minded Juice Champ to prepare fresh, high-quality juices and smoothies. This position is ideal for someone who loves making delicious, nutrient-rich drinks in a fast paced start-up environment, and believes in the power of food as medicine. Ideal candidates are open to cross-training and possess versatile skills. Juice Champs will be hands-on across a wide array of tasks including greeting and checking out guests, stocking and logging new inventory, and more. An upbeat, friendly personality coupled with enthusiasm for health food are ideal for this position. Responsibilities: Prepare juices, smoothies, and wellness shots from scratch according to instruction cards Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary juicing station in accordance with health and safety guidelines Wash, prep, and store produce efficiently with minimal waste Manage inventory of juicing ingredients; notify management of low stock or quality issues Maintaining a positive store environment in interacting with customers and fellow team members Engage customers with warmth, answer questions about ingredients, and provide recommendations within the proper legal parameters Uphold SUPRMARKT’s values of health, equity, and sustainability in daily practices Collaborate with the kitchen and retail teams to ensure smooth operations and timely Service Assist with occasional community wellness events, pop-ups, or sampling initiatives Associates must possess an interest in health with an emphasis on natural and organic foods, an ability to work well under pressure, outstanding customer service, and a basic understanding of computers. Other duties as directed by Management. Qualifications: 1+ year experience in a juicing, smoothie, or food prep role preferred Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire) Passion for wellness, plant-based nutrition, and community-centered work Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated Bilingual in Spanish or other community languages is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members Physical requirements may vary.
