Prep Cook - Full Time Position (Monday-Wednesday A.M.) (San Diego)

Our prep cook is responsible for preparing food promptly, maintaining our excellent food quality, minimizing unnecessary food waste, and maintaining high levels of food safety. Candidates must have previous kitchen experience, accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks, and the ability to maintain a clean station while preparing food. Qualifications: - Available to work full time from 6:00 am – 2.30 pm. - Knowledge of the industry and relevant health and safety regulations. - Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks. - Ability to maintain a clean station while preparing food. - Previous kitchen experience preferred.
