Job Details Fratesi's is a Pizza Restaurant by Bad Juju (Tam Tam, Over Under, Low Key, Double Luck) in Miami. The restaurant is made by family and friends to appeal to family and friends. Nostalgic, comfortable, and intimate with a focus on quality and affordability. Christopher Fratesi makes the pizza and food and is responsible for the restaurant. He started the concept as a popup, singlehandedly serving pizzas out of a home kitchen, before moving to Over Under and Tam Tam for successful popups. Overview: Pizza Cook is a professional cook whose job is to build and potentially bake pizzas in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications, recipes and techniques of the restaurant. Responsibilities: Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients  Assure that each pizza is cooked to the Chef and guest’s specifications Answer, report and follow instructions. Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, ovens, and refrigeration equipment both during and after service, NO EXCEPTIONS. Stock inventory appropriately with clearly written label ( Date/ Name ) Ensure that food comes out in high quality and in a timely fashion Assumes responsibility for quality, food safety/sanitation and timeliness of products served Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers, NO JERKS. Perform other related duties as assigned by the management staff Experience and Qualification: Previous kitchen work experience. Accuracy, speed in executing assigned tasks, attention to detail, cleanliness and organization  Ability to Give and Take Constructive Feedback and Criticism. Initiative Pizza Nerds welcome.
