We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Production Manager to oversee production, maintain pars, and keep operations running smoothly as we continue to grow. You can check us out here: www.MagnoliaKitchenSD.com https://www.yelp.com/biz/magnolia-kitchen-and-bakery-la-jolla-2 You are the person who: -Keeps production on track and makes sure weekly orders are ready for farmers markets and wholesale distribution. -Keeps an eye on par levels, product and ingredient inventory so we’re always stocked and ready to go. -Follows our recipes with consistency and care, and brings ideas to the table for new products and flavors! -Jumps in with hands-on prep — mixing dough, baking, and packaging products with attention to detail and precision. -Leads a small support crew (team members who help with weighing, scooping, and cleaning) so the kitchen runs smoothly. -Cares about quality, efficiency, cleanliness, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to the kitchen.
