Employer: Carrot Express – Brookfield Place Mall Location of Hiring Event: Brookfield Place Mall (2nd Floor- Food Hall Area) 230 Vesey St, New York, NY 10281 Date/Time: Tuesday- 09/23/25 2 PM Check-in World Trade Center Open Positions: Cook (Bilingual in Spanish required) Juicer (Bilingual in Spanish preferred) Wage: $17.00 – $20.00/hour Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time available Shifts: Flexible, including evenings and weekends Juicer Role Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverage items according to recipe standards Clean, maintain, and organize the juicing station Ensure quality, consistency, and food safety in beverage prep Provide friendly customer service — may handle orders directly or assist front-of-house depending on store setup Sometimes require ability to multitask (handle juice prep while helping other areas during busy periods) Cook Role Prepare food items according to standard recipes (grill, sauté, etc.) Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety (clean stations, follow food safety protocols) Support team in BOH (Back of House) operations under fast-paced service conditions Track inventory / restock items as needed Sometimes prep work (cutting, measuring, organizing ingredients) and possibly closing prep Qualifications: Prior kitchen/juice bar experience preferred Strong multitasking & food safety focus Positive, team-oriented attitude Customer Services (Happy and outgoing) Open availability including weekends*********** What to Bring. 1.
