Provide the highest level of quality and service to our guests in an incredibly friendly atmosphere. Job Responsibilities: - Assist the Chef with all aspects of the kitchen operations and management of the culinary team. The Lead Cook is responsible to perform duties of all kitchen positions when necessary. - Prepare ingredients according to recipes and specifications, ensuring consistency and high quality. - Cook menu items efficiently on the line during service, adhering to timing and presentation standards. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station, restocking supplies as needed. - Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service, communicating effectively during peak times. - Provide assistance to other team members when needed and help foster a positive, team-oriented work environment. - Assist with inventory management, minimizing waste and ensuring proper storage of ingredients. - Follow all health and safety regulations. Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years cooking experience, - Strong work ethic and passion for the culinary arts. - Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. - Team player with strong communication skills. - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines. - Food Handlers certification required. - Thanksgiving and Christmas day off. - $26/hr+Tips | Employee discount - Positive and supportive work environment with opportunities for learning and development.
