The Product Specialist has the principal responsibility for delivering La Bodega quality customer service, developing strong general knowledge of all product lines and maintaining the facilities in a clean and orderly fashion to ensure the friendly neighborhood feel consistent with La Bodega’s mission. Product Specialist Accountability: - Establishing and maintaining a broad general knowledge of La Bodega’s product lines. - Fulfilling the store priorities established by the General Manager and Store Leads, including stocking inventory as well as maintaining and cleaning facilities and any other side work that is required. - Performing all duties within established guidelines, consistently and in accordance with procedure. - Accurately handling all sales transactions. - Treating every customer warmly and genuinely demonstrating an interest in building a relationship with customers to better understand their needs. - Building on customer relationships by cross-promoting new tastes, products or knowledge to match the customer’s interests and preferences.
