ShareExperienced grill cook needed for a small restaurant in Downtown Manhattan. The cook will be responsible for working the grill during dinner service, cooking meats (especially beef cuts), so at least one year of grill experience and proven skill in cooking meats to order are required. Other responsibilities include preparation and organization before service, daily family meal preparation, and ingredient inventory control. The candidate must be able to work quickly, cleanly, independently, and in an organized manner. This position reports directly to the head chef.
