We work with Quartz, Marble, Granite, Quartzite and limestone as well as some other specialty materials. We are a leading fabrication/Installation company. Family owned and operated in the Portland area for over 60 years. We have an immediate opening for a lead sales person for our inhouse showroom. We work with Contractors, designers and home owners. We have a great deal of repeat customers that we work with most of the time. We are not just a production countertop company. We do a great deal of custom work that is out of the ordinary and different. We have a large crew of craftsman that are very skilled at what we do. Many of our employees have been with us over 15-20 years. We are looking for a person that wants to join our team for a long term position. Job Duties include but not limited to; Meeting with clients, both in house and on sites Answering phones and assisting customer in our showroom Discussing projects with customers and providing estimates from drawings provided. Writing and sending proposals Following up on proposals with all customers Writing up new job packages and working with project manager Assisting customers with material selections. Educating customers on details and material choices Building relationships with our new and existing clients. Must have a great attitude Must have good computer skills, math skills Phone skills and Manners Must be able to read blueprints, drawings and be able to use a scale Must be able to work as a team player. Drafting skills a plus Ability to visualize Experience with the Stone and Quartz and countertop industry would be preferred but not mandatory. Experience in the cabinet and construction industry would be helpful if no stone experience. We are looking for someone that is creative and like to work with others and enjoys their job.
